I used to lived in Portland and moved to Salem 3 years ago . I tried so many restaurants but this one is the best . BEP restaurant gave me a great time and the best foods . I never seen my wife eat in a restaurant with a happy face like that . We ordered 2 noodles and one papaya salad . The soups are so good , very delicious . The salads so fresh and tasty , not too salty like other places. If you are coffee lovers , you must try the salted coffee here . Me and my wife tried and we love it . We will come back again soon to try others foods here .

I ordered Ginger Chicken with rice. The meat was a little on the dry side but it was very flavorful and I liked it.

Awesome food, even better service! My wife and I come here often. I love their Mi Quang and my wife loves the shaken beef. Both are very flavorful and yummy. If we're there for lunch, I normally get the Vietnamese iced coffee, and my wife gets the Thai iced tea. If at night, their cute little bottle of wine is awesome! Did you know they host private parties? They don't market it, but they can make it happen if you ask. Our big group of friends wanted to organize a private party for couples the Saturday before Valentine's. Bep graciously accepted to host our private party. They went above and beyond to make it an amazing for us. The food was plentiful, the decorations were warm and romantic, and the service was just superb!! People in our group worried that the restaurant is losing money hosting us because they did so much! We all had a great time thanks to Bep and all the staff. Thank you!! We'll definitely come here again and again.

We eat a lot of Vietnamese food but this place has become our new favorite. The service is incredible. When we ordered vegetarian spring rolls and salad rolls, the waiter was quick to tell us that the eggplant tofu clay pot was not vegetarian because of the fish sauce and that he could have that altered for us. We are not vegan or vegetarian but I appreciated how willing he was to accommodate our dietary needs. The food was incredible. I forgot to take a photo of the clay pot because I was too busy devouring it. I also usually am not a fan of coconut but their coconut salad rolls are SO good. We will be here often for as long as they are open. Eating here is absolutely a treat!
